Winter Meetings Day 2: The Untold (and Untrue) Stories


‘Twas quite a day in Orlando today. The big news dominating the websites and blogs was the Mark Trumbo trade. Every baseball writer in the country weighed in on the merits of the trade, and it appeared to be a mixed bag. Somewhere around the middle of June, we’ll know whether it was a good trade or not.

So while all eyes were focused on Arizona, Anaheim, and Chicago, there were other, less significant things happening in the world of baseball:

 

Shin-Soo Choo and Nelson Cruz invite Ervin Santana to join their Wii Sports tournament while agents hard at work.”
