AA Pitcher Ryan Brasier Throws No-Hitter

By Unknown author

Angels prospect Ryan Brasier, playing at AA Arkansas, pitched a no-hitter Thursday night against the Tulsa Drillers, the Rockies’ AA affiliate. He struck out three and walked two, the only baserunners he allowed  across all nine innings. It was the first no-hitter in the Trav’s new park, the first no-hitter in the Texas League this season, and the first complete-game, nine-inning no-hitter since another Trav’s player, Hatuey Mendoza, did it in 2002.
