Tuesday Twitter Stalking: Angels Take Notice That Osama Has Left The Building

 It’s long been said that some things transcend sports. We certainly saw a manifestation of that statement with Sunday nights announcement that Osama Bin Laden had been killed by U.S  Special Forces in Pakistan. During the Sunday night game in Philadelphia once the news spread the Philly faithful quickly broke out  into chants of U.S.A…U.S.A!!  

Naturally Angels players including Rich Thompson and Torii Hunter took time to commemorate the event on Twitter .

Rich Tweeting:

"Wow never thought I would see the day #Osamaisdead"

And Torii echoing that sentiment saying:

"Great day for the US. Don’t forget about those who fell from his devilish acts. Be blessed and all Goodnight."
