Tuesday Twitter Stalking: CJ Cron Is An Angel!

The Angels promised to be more pyhsical in their draft strategy under new scouting director Ric Wilson. In a shift from recent draft selections the Halos selected  6’4 , 230 pound 1B/C  CJ Cron from Utah. Cron is described by multiple scouts as one of the best power hitters available in the draft , and theoretically should not be too far from contributing in the big leagues. For the Angels Cron is the first College player selecte CJ tore up the Mountain West Conference to the tune of .434 with 15 home runs and 59 runs batted in, all while posting a ridiculous .803 slugging percentage which led all Division I college players this season.
