I’m sure many of you out there (including myself) aren’t just getting ready for pitchers and catchers to report in six days, but also getting ready for your fantasy baseball drafts that will happen over the course of the next six or seven weeks. Maybe you have some jelly beans on the line. Maybe you just want to win your league’s baseball version of the shiva bowl. Maybe your just tired of finishing in last place and having your friends make fun of you. Anyway, here are an Angel to buy, sell and a sleeper.

Buy: Jered Weaver: You may be able to get him later than other ace type pitchers in fantasy drafts because he doesn’t strike out as many hitters. However, when healthy, he’s one of the best in the game. He’s going to get you wins and help keep your ERA and WHIP down.

Sell: Josh Hamilton: Do I think he’s going to have a good season? Yes. However, he’s going to have his little nagging injuries here and there that are going to sideline him for a couple of days. It’s also possible he doesn’t hit as many home runs as he once did.

Sleeper: Peter Bourjos: What’s one thing that can help you win your league? Cheap speed. Look no further than Bourjos for that. You can grab him late and store him on your bench and see if he can hold down a starting job. He could be someone who could end up helping you a lot as the season goes on.
