According to Jeff Fletcher of the OC Register, Mike Trout is dealing with a mild hamstring injury.
#Angels Mike Trout has a little hamstring issue which is part of the reason for his day off. "You'd never know it watching," Scioscia said

The news of Trout’s ailing hamstring comes fresh off news that Peter Bourjos will be out 2-3 weeks with a fractured wrist. With both of the Angels center fielders out today in the final game of a three-game series versus the Astros, Mike Scioscia has put Josh Hamilton in center. J.B. Shuck and Brad Hawpe will patrol left and right field respectively.
There is no word yet as to the extent of the injury or how long Mike Trout will be side-lined.
