Metrolink riders catching the Angels Express to the game this Friday just got an extra incentive.

The first 100 fans to arrive at the Irvine Metrolink Station will receive a free round-trip ticket to and from Angels Stadium. Free food and live entertainment will also be on hand. In addition, anyone bringing a non-perishable food item for donation will spin a wheel for a chance at prizes and Angels giveaways.

Early arrival is recommended as the train leaves promptly at 5:59 p.m. Fans who don’t win a free ride can still purchase a round-trip ticket for $7 per adult and $4 per child. Children age five and under ride free with a paying adult.

As part of Metrolink’s year-long Angels’ tickets promotion, select games can be purchased at half price by going to angels.com/octa. They include interleague series’ with the New York Mets, Miami Marlins, and Philadelphia Phillies, and three games set with the Cleveland Indians later this month.
