COMMENTS: For as bad as the lineup has looked at times, they still have found ways to get it done. Albeit on the shoulders of Albert Pujols and Mike Trout, but the wins still count. Losing a guy like Josh Hamilton is a dent on a teams offense anyway you cut it. So for the Angels to bounce back after looking putrid in the beginning of the season its a testament to the players. Realistically, the lineup has to add a piece or two if they are going to contend for more than just a wildcard spot. LF production has been brutal to watch and the DH spot has almost been even less useful. Aside from the 2-3 ineffective spots in the lineup, this Angels team has rallied and competed above their talent level.
