Top 5 MLB Stadiums With The Worst Attendance In 2015
By Andrew Petrucci

1. TROPICANA FIELD
AVERAGE ATTENDANCE: 15,769
TAMPA BAY RAYS
The Rays are 9 games back from first place in the AL East and hovering around .500 this season, yet have the worst attendance numbers in the MLB. The product on the field has been relatively good in recent years, featuring a ton of young talent, and even a world series appearance. But all of that makes no difference. The stadium itself is a perfect blend of awful, featuring puke green grass, horrible lighting, and ceiling rafters that are “in play”. Add in the fact that they play in Florida where the weather is usually sunny and in general just a great place for baseball weather. Having a dome is just stupid. There is no selling point to wasting a night in this garbage can.
