1. HOME VS. ROAD RECORD

Home: 39-26, Away: 24-34

Every team loves a little home cooking, and its never a bad thing. Generally if you plan on making the playoffs you have to win at least 60-70% of games at home. The Angels have done a nice job at playing well in Anaheim. But what separates teams is how they play on the road, and 10 games under .500 isn’t answering the bell. Hard to really think a team could be so bad on the road but still be a playoff team. In any case if they get into the playoffs, the Angels will be forced to win road games and considering the track record it isn’t likely. It may just be a number, but make no mistake that 24-34 record on the road says something about the toughness or lack there of with this team.
