2. Doug DeCinces (6 seasons, 787 games)

18.8 WAR, .265 BA, 765 H, 130 HR, 481 RBI

DeCinces  played the latter half of his career with the team from Southern California, but they were memorable.

He never hit fewer than 16 home runs in his six years and hit at least 20 four times. DeCinces set an Angel record homering three times in a game twice during one month during the 1982 season.

He won a Silver Slugger in 1982 and was voted to the All-Star game the following year.

DeCinces’ defense shouldn’t be overlooked nor forgotten either. He led the league in assists (399) in his first year with the team and he finished in the league’s top-3 in fielding percentage twice.
