No 2. Jered Weaver – Public Enemy – Welcome to the terrordome

In light of Jered Weaver and the whole stretching situation, why not choose one of the best workout songs of all time? The expectation with Weaver this season is that he’ll be loose and fluid based on his new-found love of stretching. Weaver looked solid in his spring debut striking out three Cubs. He only allowed two singles and his fastball didn’t travel more than 83 Mph. Still there isn’t much concern for Weaver, he was pleased with his efforts telling the LA Times “I don’t care, I was getting wins throwing 79 mph last year, so I don’t worry about it.” Assuming no set backs with injuries occur during spring training, we can expect Weaver to take the mound this season.
