No 1. Mike Trout – Aloe Blacc – I’m the man

Mike Trout is the man, arguably one of the best players in the game today. The man has won a silver slugger award every year he’s played in the major leagues. Last season he produced 41 homeruns and 90 RBI’s. Trout is a franchise player, there is some debate on whether or not the Angels have done enough to accommodate him with extra talent to make a run at the World Series. However, winning the AL West in 2014 is a step in the right direction. Injuries have hurt this team and Trout ultimately; Although, this off-season the Angels did not add high dollar players like we’ve seen in the past. So far, spring training has shown the inconsistency at bat. One can only hope that Trout can have another big year to keep the Angels in contention.
