4. July

The month of July is always a welcomed month for the Los Angeles Angels. Not only, do they get a break from consecutive games, they also have the All-Star game to look forward to. This year, the All-Star game will take place in Marlins Park, on Tuesday, July 11th.

The Angels will play 22 games during the month of July. However, the level of competition increases drastically from what the Angels have been facing. The Angels will have games at home versus the Rays, Nationals, Red Sox, and Mariners. At the end of the month, the Angels will hit the road facing the AL Champion Cleveland Indians and Toronto Blue Jays in what should be a tough stretch for the Angels.

July brings home promotions featuring three Sunday home games. There is also going to be a second Trout bobblehead night, and three Saturday night fireworks shows in Anaheim.

July is arguably one of the toughest months for the Angels. This will be a month to keep an eye on for positioning within the standings.
