No. 2 player whose future is doomed with the LA Angels: Dylan Bundy

Dylan Bundy has had a season to forget for the LA Angels, to say the least.

Bundy has posted a 2-9 record this year for the Halos, and a 6.06 ERA. His 1.357 WHIP could be worse, but it’s still not any good.

This year just seems to keep going downhill for Bundy, and he’s only gone 90.2 innings this year despite starting 19 games and coming in four more times.

He can’t last in ballgames, and there’s really no point in keeping him around.

I can’t see the Angels doing it. This was a big year for Bundy after he had a career season in 2020.

He’s now significantly worse, and it couldn’t be more obvious that he needs a change of scenery, and may just be awful in general. I would actually bet on the latter, but this is the same guy who benefited from that change of scenery in 2020.

He could possibly have some bullets left in his arm, but he surely doesn’t in Los Angeles.

It’s time for both sides to part ways. I see no way that Bundy salvages his job with the Angels.
