Is this the last chance to pick up Los Angeles Angels Shohei Ohtani gear?

Along with the rest of LA, we're really hoping this isn't the end for the Los Angeles Angels and Shohei Ohtani.

The single greatest player to ever step foot on the diamond (yeah, I said it), has been unbelievable to watch for the Halos since he arrived in 2018.

He quickly destroyed the skepticism of baseball fans who wondered if he'd been overpaid, overhyped and would soon be overexposed.

But alas, he was worth every penny. And then some.

Ohtani has amassed a career WAR of 31.4 in 664 games. It's pretty wacky taking a look at his Baseball Reference page, because you'll eventually stumble upon the 'Similar Players' section.

According to that breakdown, having Ohtani on your roster is essentially like having a prime Hideo Nomo AND Pete Alonso on the roster at the same time.

That's an insane amount of production for one man. Which is why nearly every other team in the Major Leagues are lining up and pelting the Angels with trade offers for the 29-year-old phenom.

We're hoping that he sticks around in LA, but if the trade dealine brings with it a goodbye, then we want to make sure we've got all the Shohei Ohtani Angels gear we possibly could get.
