The MLB Lockout has robbed the LA Angels of many things, but not everything.

The Halos weren't able to bring any players to Angels Night at the Anaheim Ducks game due to the lockout, but they WERE able to bring out their mascot; Rally Monkey to do the puck drop before the game.

While the lockout has seemed to screw over the Angels in every possible way, Rob Manfred and Co. couldn't rob us of this special moment.

The LA Angels Rally Monkey did a perfect job for the puck drop before the Anaheim Ducks game.

The LA Angels mascot really couldn't have impressed anyone at the Anaheim Ducks game any more than he did.

He really did drop it flat on the ground, and the crowd loved it. The fantastic mascot is used to crowds cheering for him that loudly, as he truly is one of the best in the business.

Perhaps the Ducks wouldn't have won without all the hype and great energy that was in the building after the Rally Monkey went out and did his thing on Sunday night.

Hopefully, we'll be getting quite a few rallies next season on the diamond, as we get the best player in baseball back to pair up with Shohei Ohtani on the Angels. They will also be getting Anthony Rendon back for the middle of the order, and the team clearly has the lineup to carry the team to the postseason with the emergence of Jared Walsh to add to the stars that were already there.

Expect the Rally Monkey to be more than happy with the amount of runs the team will be scoring next year.
